How much does a funeral cost?
Every funeral is custom designed for each individual family, so providing an amount as to how much a funeral cost can be difficult. However, we have prepared packages to help families get a better feel for determining the option that best suits their financial and emotional considerations. Of course there are many options available outside of the packages, so please ask us if there is something you are looking for and don't see.

Earth Burial
Earth burial is commonly referred to as a "traditional service". This type of service includes the chance to say goodbye with a visitation, a funeral service in our chapel or a church, and then burial at a cemetery. We will explain the value of each of these and assist in preparing and directing each event with great attention to detail.

Cremation following the ceremony
This package allows for family and friends the chance to say goodbye before cremation takes place. The value of an open casket viewing in our culture is very strong and is supported by grief experts around the country. In this case, the preparations are a lot like traditional earth burial, except the body is cremated after the service. A wood cremation casket is furnished and then serves as the container in which the body is cremated. The ashes may then be buried, scattered or kept at home for a period of time.

Cremation before the ceremony
For a variety of reasons, some families choose to forgo a viewing and have the body cremated immediately, but still want the closure that a memorial service or gathering time may provide. This may include a formal chapel service or a simple gathering of family and friends in one our homes. It is so important to pause and remember when a loved one has passed and we are certainly available to help every family.
